Netlaw Organisation
Netlaw is a network of eightteen selected law firms in the Netherlands, located in as many judicial districts.
The aim of the organisation is to provide its 500 lawyers and their clients with the scale benefits of pooled operations, while avoiding the drawbacks.
Netlaw was established in 1990 and operates largely as a back office.
It also establishes framework agreements with groups of clients for legal services.
Netlaw has been recognised by the Netherlands Bar Association as a training institution. Alongside its training system and a law databank, Netlaw has standing consultation arrangements that cover all facets of practice and service provision.
The organisation of Netlaw is in the hands of a professional office.
